We use your contact details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and help plan your Ghana trip. This includes confirming availability, refining your itinerary, and coordinating logistics with our on-the-ground team.

Booking requests are delivered to our team by a transactional email provider. When your trip is confirmed, we share only the details needed with vetted local partners (such as hotels, drivers, and guides) to deliver your itinerary.

We keep booking correspondence for as long as needed to plan and support your trip, and as required for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
